I have forgotten my codes or have locked by subscription to e-Banking. What should I do?

Get a new Password online/Unblock your subscription

You can issue online a new Password or unlock your subscription as long as you remember your 15 digit Username or the alias you have created to remember it, and have a valid mobile phone number and an email registered in your e-Banking user profile.

Alternatively, if you do not remember your Username or alias or/and your email and mobile phone number are not registered in your e-Banking user profile, the legal representative of the company has to visit the company's Branch of cooperation in order to:

  • request to be reminded of the Username* 
  • as well as provide your email and mobile phone number.

* The 15-digit Username which you received during your e-Banking registration remains always in effect (even if you have set an alias of your choice) and you can always use it to log in.
