Brief History
AEGIS SK is an award-winning independent design and investment consulting firm, providing expert technical and financial services since 1997, and supporting the growth of businesses, public organisations and foreign institutions, operating as a one-stop shop.
It provides services in projects of varying complexity, scale, technical and economic content and significant geographic spread, which are supported by the expertly trained scientific team of AEGIS SK, consisting of engineers, economists and lawyers.
AEGIS SK is an official, certified evaluator for Enterprise Greece, for strategic investment projects covered under the applicable laws. Moreover, it is a member of the Ministry of Finance National Register for Certified Evaluators since 2013 and a member of the Hellenic Association of Management Consulting Firms (SESMA).

- Evaluating the investment proposal and selecting an appropriate financing scheme.
- Preparing and submitting the proposal/application.
- Managing investment plans.
- Reviewing and certifying investment plans.
- Providing financial advisory services, taking into account all the operating and operational needs of the interested companies and organisations (organisation and re-engineering services, debt restructuring services, valuations, business planning, sustainability and feasibility studies, consideration under the bankruptcy law, etc.).
- Providing engineering consulting services, such as assessments and regularisations of properties, project engineering design, development and licensing, environmental impact assessments, and waste management studies related to the real estate, industrial, tourism, energy and environmental sector.Providing support services to institutions and organisations of the public sector.
