With the bizpay app, sending your business expenses for approval is now simpler and faster than ever before. You don’t even have to prepare an expense report each month.

You have all the transactions you have made using the prepaid bizpay cards in one place, and you can easily link them to the respective digital receipts/invoices. This way you can send your receipts and invoices directly to the accounting department. Managing your expenses becomes a simple task.

In just a few steps, you take pictures of the receipts/invoices for your transactions, upload them and then submit a request for approval to the company you work for or with.

Additionally, you may add comments in the “Description” field.

Find out the process for uploading receipts and invoices for your transactions on the bizpay app.

1.Find the app on Google Play or App Store and download it on your device. Alternatively, you can scan the QR code.

2.Choose “Login to myAlpha Mobile” and fill in your e-Banking credentials (Username and Password). You only need to fill in your credentials the 1st time you login to the app.

If you don’t have e-Banking credentials, you can sign up to e-Banking through your mobile.

If you don’t bank with Alpha Bank, you can download and install myAlpha Mobile app and open your first account and get e-Banking credentials through your mobile. Alternatively, visit any Alpha Bank branch to open an account and get your e-Banking credentials.

For added safety, activate the secure access feature through Settings > Activate safe login.

First you set a 4-digit PIN. If your device supports biometrics login (Face ID or fingerprint), you can activate this feature too.

If you don’t activate the secure access feature, you will not need any credentials to use the app. You will simply need to unlock your device.

On the app home screen, you get an overview for each of your prepaid bizpay cards.  More specifically, you can see:

• The card details (number and expiration date).
• The available balance for the card.
  
• The transactions you have carried out.
• The status of the requests you have submitted for any transaction, i.e. if the request is being processed, has been approved or has been rejected.

On the home screen, you can easily search for specific transactions using the filters just below the card:

• Search for text (find tool) – Type in the reason for or the amount of the transaction you are looking for.
• Pending transactions – Shows the transactions for which action is required on your side, such as uploading a receipt or re-submitting a request that has been rejected.
• Time search – Search the current month, last month, last 3 months, last 6 months, or last 12 months.
• All filters – View and combine all the filters: time search, transaction status, amount.
