The primary objective of the Company is the reliable and continuous provision of high level IT services tailored to the needs of customers, adding value to their activity and supporting their business plans. In addition, the continuous qualitative and quantitative improvement of the level of services offered and the modern and responsible handling of all Customer requests are key priorities.
The mission of the Company is the management, development, provision, operation and maintenance of IT services, serving the Alpha Bank Group companies as well as any other Customer.
The vision of the company is to operate as a model provider of integrated IT services in the markets where it operates, utilizing the expertise and skills of its executives and continuously investing in advanced information systems to fully serve its customers.
The principles that make up the Company policy are summarised below:

- Implementation and continuous improvement of the IT Service Management, Business Continuity, Quality, Information Security, Personal Data, Environmental Management and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems according to the international standards ISO 20000-1, ISO 22301, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and BS 10012:2017 & Bureau Veritas Technical Standard related to personal data protection, which ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness and maximise Customer satisfaction through continuous controls, reviews, satisfaction surveys and regular audits by accredited third parties.
