History

Alpha Supporting Services is a member of the Alpha Bank Group, one of the largest groups in the Greek financial. The total amount of the Company’s shares are held by the parent company, Alpha Bank.

The Company was founded as “IONIAN SUPPORTING SERVICES S.A.” on May 18 2007 and on May 25 2007 it was registered in the companies register under the number 63318/01/Β/07/339. The Company’s headquarters were in 40 Stadiou street, Athens.

On July 1 2010, the company’s name was changed to “ALPHA SUPPORTING SERVICES”. On October 18 2010, the Company’s headquarters were moved to 43 Panepistimiou street, Athens.
