Alpha Supporting Services was one of the first companies in Greece to be certified for the implementation of an IT Service Management System, in accordance with the international standard ISO 20000-1:2011, which ensures the provision of quality and effective services with guaranteed high availability and support level.

In addition, the Company has been certified for the implementation of a Business Continuity Management System, in accordance with the international standard ISO 22301:2012, which ensures business continuity of the Company’s operations and the provided IT services in the event of interruption and disaster. The Company has developed detailed Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans and performs regular tests to ensure their effectiveness.

The Company has been certified for the implementation of a Quality Management System, according to the international standard ISO 9001:2015, through which all operational processes are documented, control points are set, systematic measurement of performance indicators that affect the quality of provided services takes place and the continuous improvement of the operation is achieved.

In 2018 the Company has been certified for the implementation of an Information Security Management System, according to the international standard ISO 27001:2013, which ensures the assessment of risks that threaten the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information processed by the Company and the implementation of technical and organizational measures to treat such risks and ensure a high security level.

Additionally, in order to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679, the Company implemented procedures for privacy impact assessment, subject rights request and data breach management, which led to the certification for the implementation of a Private Information Management System, according to the international standards BS 10012:2017 and Bureau Veritas Technical Standard related to personal data protection (the first worldwide). These Management Systems enable the Company to ensure the proper and legal management of personal data of its customers and employees and respond timely and efficiently to requests that may be submitted by natural persons and supervisory authorities.

During the same year the Company was certified according to ISO 14001:2015 for Environmental Management as well as ISO 45001:2018 for Occupational Health & Safety Management, which ensure compliance to the relevant legal and regulatory framework and highlight the Company’s environmental consciousness and awareness for maintaining the well-being of its personnel.

All these certifications by internationally accredited bodies are audited on a yearly basis and verify the continuous commitment of the management and all Executives for the achievement of the objectives and the observance of the principles and values of the Alpha Bank Group, which ensure the satisfaction of the Customers and the Shareholders of the Company.
