Fresh look in Omonoia
We are financing the reconstruction of the MINION building in Athens, with the issuance of a long-term bond loan.
The emblematic former department store on Patision, Veranzerou, Dorou and Satomvriandou streets is being transformed into a model modern bioclimatic building that meets environmental targets and modern social needs.
The new building, which includes office spaces, dining spaces, shops, etc., breathes new life into the area of Omonoia, restoring part of its former glory.
Respecting the city’s legacy
The former MINION department store holds a special place in the hearts of Athenians, but also visitors from other Greek towns and cities, as it was one of the busiest and most popular places in the city, especially in Christmastime.
The reconstruction and illumination of MINION after almost 40 years incorporates the building to the modern history of the city, giving it a new air.
