Log into myAlpha Web or myAlpha Mobile and make the most of the new capabilities:
- e-Consent, to accept or reject documents regarding your investment transactions online, in partnership with your Personal Consultant.
- e-Orders, to carry out transactions in mutual funds and SICAV online.
- Upgraded portfolio dashboard, so you can get a complete overview of your portfolio.
If you don’t have e-Banking credentials, you can sign up to e-Banking from your mobile, without having to visit a branch. You just need to hold an Alpha Bank debit or credit card.

How can I add my Gold portfolio to my e-Banking?
Log in to myAlpha Web from your computer.
- Scroll down on the home screen (Overview). Under “Credit and Prepaid Cards” and “Loyalty Programme”, choose “Add another product”.
- Choose “Alpha Bank”.
- Choose “Investment” for the product type from the drop-down list.
- Choose “Alpha Bank Gold Portfolio” for the investment type from the drop-down list.
- Fill in your Alpha Bank Gold portfolio number.
Choose “Add”.
