e-Consent for Alpha Bank Gold Personal Banking clients

Accept or reject online documents to carry out investment transactions through your e-Banking, faster than ever.

Managing documents online

Through new digital tools for your investment transactions, we make your day-to-day banking easier.

With e-Consent you can carry out investment transactions for your Alpha Bank Gold portfolio remotely, through myAlpha Web or myAlpha Mobile, provided you have valid e-Banking credentials. This way, you can accept or reject documents for investment transactions securely on the spot.

If you don’t have e-Banking credentials, you can get them easily through your mobile, without having to visit a branch. You just need to have an Alpha Bank debit or credit card.

Accept/Reject documents in a few steps

Each time you receive a message with the subject “Document sent for acceptance” in the email you have registered with us, you need to log into your e-Banking on the same day and within a specific time frame, to accept or reject the relevant document.

From your computer

  1. Log into myAlpha Web with your e-Banking credentials (Username and Password).
  2. From the menu on the left choose: Notifications > My documents > To be managed
  3. Locate the document of the transaction and click on the 3 dots to open it.
  4. Scroll down to the end to activate the “Agree” / “Disagree” options.
  5. Click on “Agree” if you want to accept the document, fill in the myAlpha Code you receive on your mobile and click on “Next”.
    or
    Click on “Disagree” if you want to reject the document and choose the reason for the rejection from the drop-down list.

From your mobile

  1. Log into myAlpha Mobile from your mobile.
  2. Tap on the menu of the top left and choose: Notifications > My documents > To be managed.
  3. Locate the document of the transaction to open it.
  4. Scroll down to the end to activate the “Agree” / “Disagree” options.
  5. Choose “Agree” if you want to accept the document and approve the action with the 4-digit PIN of your myAlpha Mobile or with biometrics (fingerprint or Face ID).
    or
    Click on “Disagree” if you want to reject the document and choose the reason for the rejection from the drop-down list.
