e-Orders for Alpha Bank Gold Personal Banking clients

Carry out transactions in mutual funds and/or SICAV through your e-Banking, anywhere, any time.

Online orders for mutual funds and/or SICAV on the go

Carry out investment transactions for your Alpha Bank Gold portfolio faster than ever, without having to visit a branch.

Now you can carry out investment transactions in mutual funds managed by Alpha Asset Management MFMC or associated management companies (SICAV) using your computer or mobile, 24/7. All you need are your e-Banking credentials. Log into myAlpha Web or myAlpha Mobile and give an order to:

  • Invest in mutual funds and/or SICAV.
  • Redeem mutual funds and/or SICAV.

If you don’t have e-Banking credentials, you can sign up to e-Banking from your mobile , without having to visit a branch. You just need to hold an Alpha Bank debit or credit card.

All the steps for online investment or redemption orders

To be able to carry out transactions in mutual funds and/or SICAV, your portfolio must already show up on your e-Banking.

If you cannot see it, you can easily add it from your computer through myAlpha Web.

How to give an investment order (purchase)

  1. Log into your e-Banking from your computer or mobile.
  2. On the home page, find and choose your Alpha Bank Gold portfolio.
  3. Choose “Transaction order” on the top right corner of the screen on myAlpha Web or on the right of the portfolio on myAlpha Mobile.
  4. Choose “UCITS” (or “Mutual Funds” on myAlpha Mobile) for the product type and “Invest” for the transaction type. Choose “Next”.
  5. Search for the product you are interested in, based on the asset class, issuer, currency and product name/ISIN. Choose “Next”.
  6. Fill in the amount you wish to invest and review the Key Information Document (KID). We also send the document via email. Choose “Next”.

    On myAlpha Mobile, you must first review the KID and then fill in the amount.
  7. Confirm the investment order details. Choose all 3 boxes appearing under the transaction details and then choose “Next”.
  8. Fill in the myAlpha Code you receive on your mobile to complete the order on myAlpha Web.

    The order has been successfully placed and will be executed on the next working day. You can download the transaction receipt that includes all the details (product, amount, investment fees, order entry and execution dates).

How to give a redemption order (sale)

  1. Log into your e-Banking from your computer or mobile.
  2. On the home page, find and choose your Alpha Bank Gold portfolio.
  3. Choose “Transaction order” on the top right corner of the screen on myAlpha Web or on the right of the portfolio on myAlpha Mobile.
  4. Choose “UCITS” (or “Mutual Funds” on myAlpha Mobile) for the product type and “Redemption” for the transaction type. Choose “Next”.
  5. Search for the product you wish to redeem and choose whole or partial redemption. If you choose partial redemption, you must fill in the number of shares you wish to redeem. Choose “Next” and confirm the order.
  6. Fill in the myAlpha Code you receive on your mobile to complete the order on myAlpha Web.

    The order has been successfully placed and will be executed on the next working day. You can download the transaction receipt that includes all the details (product, amount, redemption fees, order entry and execution dates).
