Does my special pricing apply when I convert currency online?

Yes. If we have already offered you special pricing (ECART) for currency conversion, this pricing also applies when you convert currency online through Web FX for businesses.

Can I cancel a transaction I carried out through Web FX?

No. You cannot cancel transactions you carried out through Web FX.

However, if you don’t need the foreign currency, you can reverse the transaction. That is sell the amount and currency you previously bought on that day’s exchange rate. This way you will once again have your funds in the original currency.
