Brief History

The MANAGERIAL ACCOUNTING CENTER SINGLE-MEMBER PC, trading as ETERON, was established in 2018, continuing the tradition of the Fotinatos accounting firm on Corfu, which had been operating for over 45 years. The aim of this new business form is to further grow the company and provide well-rounded services to its clients.

The company offers its clients the necessary tools to help them grow in areas such as financial organisation, subsidised programmes, administrative restructuring, etc. It employs over 25 people with solid accounting background and expert know-how, who cover the entire range of the services offered.

In 2023 the company received the award for best regional accounting office in Greece at the Finance and Accounting Awards. It is certified to ISO 9001:2015 by Lloyd’s.

Services Provided

  • Conducting feasibility studies for inclusion of investments in the Development Law and preparing businesses in boosting their projects through NSRF and the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF).
  • Keeping accounting books and accounts, and preparing and signing financial reports.
  • Guiding and providing advice and opinions on accounting, financial, administrative and organisational issues.
  • Providing advice and services on business restructuring. 
  • Conducting seminars on organisational, accounting and tax issues, publishing scientific books, journals and manuals, and holding scientific conferences.
