Alpha Astika Akinita, an Alpha Bank Group Company, was established in 1942 and has been listed on the Athens Exchange since June 1999. Its main activities involve managing and developing real estate assets owned by itself or by third parties, carrying out property valuations and providing technical advice and integrated property development services.
With extensive experience of real estate transactions and a long history in the real estate market, the Company can successfully provide comprehensive advisory services covering:

Alpha Astika Akinita is primarily active in the Greek market and in the markets of Serbia, Bulgaria and FYROM, through its respective subsidiaries Alpha Real Estate D.O.O. BBEOGRAD, Alpha Immovables Bulgaria E.O.O.D. and Alpha Astika Akinita D.O.O.E.L. Skopje.
The Company has also expanded its activities to the countries of Southeastern Europe where the Alpha Bank Group is present.
