Alpha Astika Akinita, an Alpha Bank Group Company, was established in 1942 and has been listed on the Athens Exchange since June 1999. Its main activities involve managing and developing real estate assets owned by itself or by third parties, carrying out property valuations and providing technical advice and integrated property development services.
The Bank completed the establishment of a specialized Company, Alpha Real Estate Management & Investments S.A (“AREMI”), September 2018. The scope of the company is to apply an active asset management to all real estate owned assets not used by the Group, from investment appraisal to final exit.
