If you lose myAlpha Code device you should:
- visit the Alpha Bank Branch you collaborate with, in order to submit an application for a new device
- deactivate your myAlpha Code device (menu Services > myAlpha Code > myAlpha Code Services’ status > Temporary deactivation), in which case you will be able to carry out only informational transactions
- deactivate permanently the Additional Password Services for all subscribers in your approval level, if you no longer wish to use them (menu Services > myAlpha Code > Service deactivation).
