I lost myAlpha Code Device What do I have to do?

If you lose myAlpha Code device you should:

  • visit the Alpha Bank Branch you collaborate with, in order to submit an application for a new device
  • deactivate your myAlpha Code device (menu Services > myAlpha Code > myAlpha Code Services’ status > Temporary deactivation), in which case you will be able to carry out only informational transactions
  • deactivate permanently the Additional Password Services for all subscribers in your approval level, if you no longer wish to use them (menu Services > myAlpha Code > Service deactivation).
