I’ve forgotten my credentials. What should I do?

Go to the eMerchants Portal:

  1. Choose “Forgot Password”.
  2. Fill in the “Username”.
  3. Slide the bar and choose “Send Reset Link”.
  4. In the email you receive, choose “Reset Password”.

I have received the account activation email, but the link has been deactivated. How can I reactivate it?

How far back can I search for transactions?

You can search for transactions carried out in the last 13 months.

If you have chosen group access, you can search for transactions carried out in the last 13 months from the date you signed up.
