Alpha Bank participated in the Delphi Economic Forum X

For yet another year, we participated in the Delphi Economic Forum as a Gold Sponsor, joining this landmark event where representatives and executives in the fields of politics, business, international relations and civil society get together to exchange ideas.  

The event took place on 09-12 April 2025. Members of our management team and senior executives contributed to the discourse by joining panels on: the evolution of the banking sector in Europe, e-commerce and digital transformation strategies, demographic challenges, as well as inclusion, female entrepreneurship and human resources development.

This year’s event marked a milestone: the 10th anniversary of this institution. On this occasion, there was an exchange of ideas on the most significant changes that occurred in the past decade. The discussions focused on 6 thematic pillars: geopolitics, planet, sustainable economy and finance, future, education, people.

On Thursday 10.04.2025 at 17:25-18:00, Alpha Bank Board Chair Dimitris Tsitsiragos participated in the panel Mobilizing Private Equity and Private Debt to Finance Investment in Infrastructure, Technology and Innovation.

On Friday 11.04.2025 at 16:00-16:40, Alpha Bank’s CEO Vassilios Psaltis participated in the panel Humans & Machines: Building a Hybrid Workforce for Tomorrow.

On Friday 11.04.2025 at 11:30-12:10, Alpha Bank’s Deputy CEO Lazaros Papagaryfallou participated in the panel Is growth leaving people behind? The challenge of financial inclusion.

The affordable housing sector is attracting institutional capital, and the forthcoming legal framework in Greece creates a unique opportunity for public-private collaboration.
