As of 2023, we've been implementing an ISO45001 certified occupational health and safety management system, with the aim of offering our people a safe and healthy work environment. To this end, in 2024 we enhanced the health and wellbeing of our employees through:
- An informational campaign on the benefits of quitting smoking, aiming at promoting a healthier lifestyle.
- An awareness-raising and anti-stigma campaign on mental health issues, aiming at promoting new and existing mental health-related benefits.
- Training of 240 employees / emergency response team leaders.
We also broadened our employees’ knowledge and understanding of safety matters through:
- 105 training sessions and emergency drills at buildings and branches.
- Asynchronous courses on health and safety.
At the same time, we successfully addressed 457 observations by our safety engineers and inspected 10 of our suppliers.
We recorded and handled 5 work-related injuries, as well as 4 commuting incidents.
Furthermore, we established an employee health and safety committee, tasked with resolving any occupational health and safety issues in cooperation with Management representatives.
In addition, through the Occupational Health and Safety Policy, we are committed to fostering a safe work environment for our people, as well as all stakeholders.
