myAlpha Web, besides the range of basic information that provides you with, enables you to carry out a number of transactions, such as, money transfers between your accounts or to third party accounts, bill payments or management of your subscription.
These additional services, which are only provided by activating myAlpha Code service, concern:
- transfer funds to Alpha Bank accounts not registered in the user’s profile or to accounts held with other domestic banks
- transfer funds to accounts held with banks abroad
- assign recurring payment orders to Alpha Bank accounts not registered in the user’s profile
- make payments to third-party cards or cards issued by other domestic banks
- pay consumer loans issued by Alpha Bank
- modify the transfer limit to accounts which are not registered in the user’s profile
- add and delete products from the corporate subscription (accounts, cards, loans, investments)
- change the usage rights for the products registered in the user’s profile
- update personal info in the user’s profile
