You can carry out transfers with the following execution options:
Immediately
For transfers between Alpha Bank accounts
The amount is transferred to the beneficiary's account immediately.
For transfers to accounts held with other domestic banks/foreign banks
By direct credit of the beneficiary's account to the other bank. This Service only applies to accounts of other domestic or foreign banks participating in the SEPA Credit Transfer Instant system, any calendar day of the year (weekends and public holidays included), 24 hours a day and for amounts up to 50,000€.
At a selected date
For transfers between Alpha Bank accounts
The execution of the transfer takes place immediately.
For transfers to accounts held with other domestic/foreign banks:
The transfer may be executed on:
- The next working day.
- Any future working day.
This option applaies for all transfers in euro or other currencies.
You can select the next working day as the execution date of the transfer until 22:00 of the previous working day.
e.g. If you submit your transfer order on Monday (via the Alpha e-Banking services):
- For transfers to domestic banks:
- the earliest possible day on which the order to the other bank to credit the beneficiary's account is the next day, i.e. Tuesday.
- For transfers to bank abroad:
- for transfers in euro, the earliest date on which the beneficiary's account will be credited will be Wednesday*
- for transfers in foreign currency, the earliest date on which the beneficiary's account will be credited will be Thursday*.
*under the responsibility of the recipient bank.
Urgent
To other domestic/foreign bank accounts:
The transaction may take place on the same day for transactions in Euro or for specific categories of currencies within a specific time frame. Additionally, you have the option to enter a same-day transaction for any future date.
