If the loan does not appear in your myAlpha Web corporate subscription and you have activated the myAlpha Code service then you can add it to your Profile through the Loans section→ Add Loan.
Alternatively, if you have not activated the myAlpha Code service, you can go to your Service Branch to add the loan to your myAlpha Web corporate subscription.
