Yes. Every payment you carry out via myAlpha Web, myAlpha Mobile or myAlpha Phone remains in your Payments history, even after it has been executed.
You can refer to your Payments history, in order to check whether a particular payment has been executed or not and to reprint and/or save the corresponding transaction copy.
Furthermore, if you have carried out your payment via myAlpha Phone, you can ask us to send you the corresponding transaction copy by fax.
For payments carried out in cash at APSs or by transfer from your account at ATMs, the relevant transaction copy is printed on the spot.
