Once you have successfully submitted your application, you can track its progress through the section “Application Details”. Thus the following information will be displayed for each application:
- Application Number/code
- Required fields of the application (revolving credit limit account, deposit account, amount)
- Date of submission
- Application Status (Pending, Completed, Rejected)
It is mentioned that MyAlpha Web for Business offers the ability to get informed about the current balance and movements of all loans accounts, as long as you select their appearance by selecting "Add Loan" in the "Loans" section.
