Is it mandatory for the credit to be certified?

Yes. A key condition for using the Prepayment of Exports’ Documentary Letter of Credit facility, is for the credit to be certified by Alpha Bank.
Important notice

Due to essential system upgrades, on Sunday 01.03.2026, from 02:00 to 06:00, access to e-Banking for individuals and businesses will not be available.

Additionally, from 02:00 to 04:30, you will not be able to use debit cards for cash withdrawals at ATMs, online purchases and POS transactions.
