To get a certificate to certified auditors, you need to have a business with 1 legal representative, have activated myAlpha Code and not own a sole proprietorship.

How do I pay for the online certificate?

  1. Choose 1 of your active accounts at Alpha Bank that appear in the payment screen and have sufficient balance for the transaction. 
  2. You receive a myAlpha Code on your mobile to conclude the transaction. 

There’s no sufficient balance in my account to pay for the certificate. What should I do?

Before starting the application, you need to transfer or deposit in your account the fee for the certificate you need. Otherwise you will not be able to complete your application.

How many bank accounts can an average account balance statement include?

Up to 5 bank accounts. You apply and are only charged once.

How much do the certificates cost?

  • Average deposit account balance statement. € 10
  • Proof of deposit account statement: € 7
  • Certificate to certified auditors: €12

In case the certificate is not issued, the fee withheld in the account you used to pay for the certificate is automatically released.

I have been notified by email that my certificate to certified auditors has been issued. Why haven’t I received it on my email?

We automatically send the certificate to the email of the certified auditor or auditing firm.

However, you can locate it through Documents > Certificates > Certificates for your business.
