What you can do online

The list with the tasks you can do online through the system for managing documents and requests is constantly updated.

If you own a business of any form, use the electronic signature to:

  • Get a Nexi POS.
  • Change the daily transfer limit through web banking. 
  • Apply for letters of guarantee through eLG.
  • Sign contractual documents for financing products. 
  • Apply for disbursement.

If you own a large company, you can also use the electronic signature to:

What certificates you can request and how much they cost

  • Average account balance – €10. The certificate is issued on the spot and you can download it.
  • Alpha Bank account ownership – €7. The certificate is issued on the spot and you can download it. 

Tip: If you only need your account IBAN, you can print it out for free. Locate the account you want, click on the 3 horizontal lines on the right and choose “Print IBAN”.

  • To certified auditors – €12 We automatically send the certificate to the email of the certified auditor or auditing firm.

How to do what

Choose what you want to do through the system for managing documents and requests, and view the necessary steps. 

How to sign documents online

If there is a document that requires your signature, you receive an email inviting you to sign online. 

Log into business digital banking

  1. Log into business web banking with your credentials.
  2. Choose Documents > Requests from the main menu. Alternatively, choose “Requests” from the message you see under “Overview”. 
  3. Accept the terms. You only need to do that the 1st time you use the service. Click on “Continue”. 

Find the document

  1. Under Requests > In progress, find the request you are interested in and choose it.
  2. Enter the 6-digit code you receive through Viber / text message on your mobile, to view your request.
  3. View the request documents and locate the one you need to sign. Choose “Sign”

Complete the e-signature flow

  1. Review your details. Confirm they are correct. If they are not correct, you need to update them.
  2. Accept the forwarding of your data to Namirial SpA for issuing a qualified e-signature certificate and get information on the processing of your personal data by Namirial SpA. Click on “Continue”.
  3. Read the document up to the last page and choose “I agree”.
  4. Accept the terms for issuing the Namirial SpA short term certificate and the content of the request to Namirial SpA. Click on “Continue”.
  5. Enter the 6-digit code you receive on your mobile and click on “Continue”.
  6. Choose “Attach file” and upload the document you want to sign in pdf format and up to 5MB.
  7. Read the document up to the last page and choose “I agree”.
  8. Enter the 6-digit code you receive through Viber / text message on your mobile to finish signing the document online.
  9. Choose “Submit” to send your request. You receive an email with information about the status of the request.
  10. Repeat the process for all the documents included in your request that require your signature

How to get a certificate online

You can get a certificate only from your computer through business web banking.

Log into business digital banking

  1. Log into business web banking with your credentials.
  2. Choose Documents > Certificates from the main menu. 
  3. Accept the terms. You only need to do that the 1st time you use the service. Click on “Continue”.

Apply 

  1. Find the certificate you want from the drop-down list and click on “Continue”.
  2. Fill in all the necessary details depending on the certificate you want to issue. 
  3. Choose 1 of your active accounts to pay. Click on “Continue”.
  4. Check the certificate details. If they are correct, choose "Confirm”.
  5. Enter the 6-digit code you receive through Viber / text message on your mobile, to confirm payment

Keep track of the progress

Certificates are issued on the spot.

We notify you by email once the certificate is issued.

Download your certificate

  1. Log into web banking with your credentials. 
  2. Choose: Documents > Certificates > Certificates for your business. 
  3. Locate the certificate.
  4. Download and save it on your computer in pdf format. Alternatively, you can send it directly to your email. 


Your certificate has an eSeal if necessary, which ensures its authenticity.

For certificates to certified auditors

We send the certificates directly to the email of the certified auditor or auditing firm.

How to submit a request online

Log into digital banking

  1. Log into business web banking with your credentials.
  2. Choose Documents > Requests from the main menu. 
  3. Accept the terms. You only need to do that the 1st time you use the service. Click on “Continue”.

Submit a request 

  1. Find the request you want from the drop-down list and click on “Continue”.
  2. Review your details and update them, if needed.
  3. Fill in the details for the request and choose “Continue”.
  4. Verify that the details are correct and choose “Confirm”.
  5. Accept the forwarding of your data to Namirial SpA for issuing a qualified e-signature certificate and get information on the processing of your personal data by Namirial SpA. Choose “Confirm”.
  6. Read the document and, if you agree, choose “Accept”.
  7. Accept the terms for issuing the Namirial SpA short term certificate and the content of the request to Namirial SpA. Choose “Accept”.
  8. Enter the 6-digit verification code you receive on your mobile through Viber / text message to finish signing and submit the request.

Keep track of the progress

During this time, you can locate your application on web banking: Documents > Requests > In progress.

How do I pay for the online certificate?

  1. Choose 1 of your active accounts at Alpha Bank that appear in the payment screen and have sufficient balance for the transaction. 
  2. Get a 6-digit verification code on your mobile through Viber / text message to complete the transaction.

There’s no sufficient balance in my account to pay for the certificate. What should I do?

Before starting the application, you need to transfer or deposit into your account the fee for the certificate you need. Otherwise you will not be able to complete your application.

How many bank accounts can an average account balance certificate include?

Up to 5 bank accounts. You submit 1 application for all of them and are only charged once.

I have been notified by email that my certificate to certified auditors has been issued. Why haven’t I received it on my email?

We send the certificate to the email of the certified auditor or auditing firm.

However, you can locate it through Documents > Certificates, under “Certificates for your business”.

Will I be charged if the certificate I asked for my business is not issued?

No. Once we have notified you by email, we return the money in the account you used to pay for the certificate.
