No maturity date
The credit limit granted for discounting POS instalments is open-ended.
100% of the nominal transaction value
You receive the full nominal value of your business’ interest-free instalment sales through Nexi POS terminals. This allows you to offer your customers interest-free instalments without impacting your cash flow.
Directly deposited into your account
You receive the discounted amount directly into your Alpha Bank business account. The amount corresponding to the previous business day's transactions is deposited daily.
Discount fee linked to Euribor
Interest-free instalments are subject to a flexible discount fee equal to Euribor 3M + 4.50% spread.
The interest rate is exempt from the Law 128/1975 levy, currently 0.60%.
You repay the discount gradually through monthly interest payments.

Each month, you pay interest only on the portion of the credit limit you've used up, based on the discount fee.

Automatic repayment through instalment collections

Non-recourse facility
ABC Factors offers the credit limit on a non-recourse basis. This means it assumes the credit risk of the digital payments acquirer, in this case Nexi.

What supporting documents do I need to verify the financial details of my business?
You must bring to the branch:
Financial details for businesses with class B accounting books
- Copy of E3 tax form for the last 3 closed financial years. If the most recent year isn’t closed, submit periodic VAT returns instead.
- Periodic VAT returns for the current financial year and the corresponding ones for the previous year.
- Copy of the latest E1 tax form, only for sole proprietorships.
- ENFIA (unified property tax) certificate for legal entities.
Financial details for businesses with class C accounting books
- Balance sheets for the last 3 closed financial years, including income statements, related annex, and company stamp and signatures of representatives.
- Subsidiary ledger trial balance for December of the previous financial year, if not closed, listing stocktaking information, activity for the period, monthly activity and balances.
- Subsidiary ledger trial balance for the current period and the corresponding one for the previous year, listing stocktaking information, activity for the period, monthly activity and balances.
- ENFIA (unified property tax) certificate for legal entities.
