The entire process, from application to disbursement, takes place in Greece and you don’t have to transfer your investment portfolio abroad.

With a term and interest rate that can be tailored to fit your planning.

For personal needs

Take out a loan up to €100,000 to finance important moves for your personal or business strategy.

You receive the full amount as a lump sum in your account. Once the loan amount has been deposited, we collect the loan application fees (€400).

You cannot get financing to buy, build or renovate property or to buy tradable securities.

Just using your GEM portfolio

To get the loan, you offer your GEM portfolio as collateral.

You pay €130.20 for serving the cash collateral agreement.

From 3 months to 5 years

The term of the loan can be from 3 months to 5 years (60 months).

If you need to, you may apply in writing no less than 30 days before loan maturity to get an extension up to 2 years.

Repayment upon maturity

Every 3 months we collect your loan interest directly from your registered account.

Repay all the capital upon loan maturity, by liquidating your portfolio.

Early repayment at no extra charge

You can pay repay your loan earlier, in part or in full, at no extra charge.

Fixed, floating or mixed interest rate

Choose the interest rate type that meets your needs:

  • Floating – 3m Euribor + 1.25% spread + 0.60% Law 128/1975 levy
  • Fixed – 3.50% + 0.60% Law 128/1975 levy
  • Mixed – Fixed for a period and floating until maturity + 0.60% Law 128/1975 levy

APRC example

For a €250,000 loan with 4.31% floating nominal interest rate, Euribor 3M + 1.25% spread, 0.60% Law 128/1975 levy, 60-month term and €400 loan processing fee, the Annual Percentage Rate of Charge (APRC) is 5%.

For a €250,000 loan with 3.50% fixed nominal interest rate, 0.60% Law 128/1975 levy, 60-month term and €400 loan processing fees, the Annual Percentage Rate of Charge (APRC) is 4.16%.
