Bond loans
It is a special form of financing directed to Public Limited Companies, registered in Greece, that is governed by L. 3156/2003.
Alpha Bank covers the issuance of bond loans that are issued by enterprises under the above mentioned context issue so as to finance their general business needs and/or their investment plans.
The duration and method of repayment of every bond loan depend on the needs of the financed investment and the company's financial abilities and prospects, following anm agreement between the company and Alpha Bank.
Those loans are discharged from levy under L. 128/75
Syndicated Loans
It is a special form of financing from two or more banks (Greek and/or international) that, under the common terms stated in the loan agreement, finance an enterprise's investment plans and/or its needs in working capital of permanent nature.
The duration and method of repayment of every syndicated loan depends on the needs of the financed investment and the company's financial abilities and prospects, following an agreement between the company and the participating banks.
Those loans may have the form of bond or ordinary loan.
