You can authenticate your signature in any way that suits you:
Authentication on the form
At any competent authority (e.g. police station, Citizen Service Centre, embassy, consulate etc.).
Digital signature
Use a digital signature with a qualified certificate issued by an approved certificate authority.
Digital authentication via gov.gr
To digitally authenticate your document:
- Use your Taxisnet or web banking login credentials to log in to gov.gr.
- Upload the document in .pdf format and up to 5MB.
- Have your mobile with you, as you will receive the verification code to issue the document.
Once we receive the document, the Shareholders Department verifies the document through gov.gr.
