A celebration of the value of service
National Customer Service Week is an international celebration that is held annually during the first full week of October in more than 60 countries. Its goal is to highlight the importance of customer service and reward the people that serve and support customers on a daily basis.
In Greece, National Customer Service Week is carried out under the auspices of the Hellenic Institute of Customer Service (HICS). Throughout its duration, the participating companies organise various informative and entertaining activities for their staff and customers.

- We responded to over 2 million customer calls in our support centre.
- We supported in total 1.6 million customers in carrying out their transactions.
