We are expanding our partnership with Visa and are replacing your Private Enter Bonus Mastercard with the Private Enter Bonus Visa.
Have you just received the new Visa card?
Activate it
On the spot, through your mobile or computer, or at an Alpha Bank ΑΤΜ with the PIN of your old Mastercard.
Add it to your wallet
Add the card to your wallet, even if you haven't received the actual card yet, to use it right away.
Enjoy it just the same
Use your new card in the same way and get the same benefits as before.

Activate your new Visa card
Log into e-Banking from your mobile or computer, find your new Private Enter Bonus Visa card and choose “Activate”.
What you need to know
Your PIN
You keep the same PIN you had for your old Private Enter Bonus Mastercard debit card.
The annual fee
Your new card has the same annual fee and commissions as your old Mastercard.
The features and benefits of your card
Your new card offers the same options and benefits as your old one:
- Linked to the same accounts
- Favourable rates for products and services
- Free access to insurance plans, travel benefits and unique services
Your Bonus loyalty programme
Your new card will continue to be part of the Bonus loyalty programme and the Bonus Exclusive programme, with special offers and a point redemption option exclusively for you. Any remaining Bonus points you had collected with your old Private Enter Bonus Mastercard are available in your My Bonus account.
Your standing orders
Give the new card number to the businesses where you’ve set up standing orders for payments, such as mobile phone bill, insurance policies, etc.
Your digital wallet
If you were using Apple Wallet, Google Wallet or Garmin Pay, don't forget to add your new Private Enter Bonus Visa debit card.

Your old card
Destroy your old Mastercard once you activate your new card.
If you don’t activate it, the old card will be cancelled automatically in 2 months from the date stated in the letter that came with the card.
