A few words about the event

The National Customer Service Week is an international celebration held annually in over 60 countries around the world during the first full week of October. Its aim is to highlight the value of customer service, and reward the people who serve and support customers on a daily basis.

In Greece, the National Customer Service Week is carried out under the auspices of the Hellenic Institute of Customer Service (HICS). Throughout the week, the participating companies hold various informative and entertaining activities for their customers and staff.
