    Choose “Get a credit card” on the myAlpha Mobile initial screen (overview) or “Credit cards” under “New products” in myAlpha Web.


    Choose the credit card you want and link it to the account that will be used to pay off the credit card through standing order. Answer 3 simple questions. We instantly assess your application and inform you whether it’s been approved.

    Sign the agreement digitally

    Provided the application is approved, confirm your personal details and accept the terms for the digital signature.


    Digitally sign the agreement with a 6-digit passcode (OTP) you receive on your mobile. You have 3 days to sign the agreement.

    Get the card

    Once the card is ready, you get a message on your e-Banking and you can activate it. Through myAlpha Mobile, you can easily add the card to your digital wallet to carry out transactions with your mobile. Otherwise, get the card details to shop online.
