    Get an Aegean Bonus Visa debit card from your mobile or computer

    Choose an Aegean Bonus Visa card

    From your mobile, through myAlpha Mobile, or from your computer, through myAlpha Web, choose New Products > Debit cards. 

    Choose the Aegean Bonus Visa debit card. 

    Enter your Miles+Bonus account number and choose the account you want to link your card to and the daily withdrawal limit.

    Confirm your details

    Confirm that the mobile number where you’ll receive your card PIN and the address where you’ll receive your card are correct.

    Accept the terms and the cooperation framework.

    Approve the transaction

    On myAlpha Mobile, approve the transaction using your biometrics or your 4-digit PIN. On myAlpha Web, approve the transaction with push notification or a 6-digit code.

    You can stay up to date on the status of your application through myAlpha Web (History > Product applications).

    Get the card

    The new card shows up on your e-Banking within 3 business days. You can request to get your PIN online or through text message.

    You can activate it online and add it to your digital wallet to carry out transactions. 

    However, the card benefits, e.g. collecting Bonus points, start to apply once you have received it in physical form by post, in 5-7 business days.

    How much is the annual fee for the Aegean Bonus Visa debit card?

    €20 However, if you get an Aegean Bonus Visa debit card from 15.02.2025 to 14.03.2025, you pay only €12 fee for the first 12 months. After the 1st year, the fee is €20.

    I already hold the Aegean Bonus Visa debit card. Can I benefit from the offer?

    No. The offer applies only if you’re getting the Aegean Bonus Visa debit card for the 1st time.

    I’ve cancelled my Aegean Bonus Visa debit card and I plan on getting it again. Will I benefit from the offer?

    Yes, provided you had cancelled your previous Aegean Bonus Visa debit card at least 12 months ago and you get it again from 15.02.2025 to 14.03.2025.

    I’m not a Miles+Bonus member. How can I get the card?

    Visit the AEGEAN website to register to Miles+Bonus. Then follow the steps to get the Aegean Bonus Visa debit or credit cards from your mobile or computer.

    How do I activate my new Aegean Bonus Visa debit card?

    From your computer or mobile phone, as long as you have e-Banking credentials.

    From your computer through myAlpha Web:

    1. Locate your new card on the home screen (Overview).
    2. Click on the 3 dots on the right of the card and choose “Activate Card”.
    3. Fill in your card expiration date and choose “Activate”.

    From your mobile through myAlpha Mobile:

    1. Scroll down to the Cards section on the home screen.
    2. Choose “Activate card”.
    3. Fill in your card expiration date and choose “Activate”.

    If you cannot find your new card on myAlpha Web or myAlpha Mobile, you can add the card.

    If you do not have e-Banking credentials, you can activate your card at an Alpha Bank ΑΤΜ after you have received your PIN.
