Check how to make contactless payments with myAlpha Wallet!

You have already downloaded the application, logged in with your e-Banking credentials, and have set a default card for your contactless payments from your available Alpha Bank cards.

Watch below how you can make your payments at card terminals devices (POS), with the contactless sign, anywhere in the world.

1st Step: Approach your mobile phone to POS

To make purchases, you just need to unlock your device, based on the device unlocking mechanism e.g. through your Fingerprint. Turn on NFC and approach your mobile phone at the card terminal acceptance device (POS). Turn on NFC and approach your mobile phone at the card terminal acceptance device (POS). If you are familiar with the NFC’s antenna exact location on your device, then approach the specific part to the terminal.

Note that you must have set myAlpha Wallet as the default application in your device settings.

2nd Step: Card Reading

Hold your device steady close to the terminal for a few seconds until you hear the characteristic sound from the device, which means that your card has been read successfully.

3rd Step: Payment Completion

The successful payment screen will appear on your device. Your payment is being processed and the result will appear on the POS screen.

That’s it! Wait for the payment receipt to be issued from the company’s terminal.

Through the application you can check in the “History” tab, the last payments per card that you have made using myAlpha Wallet on your device.

You can pay with any card that suits you! Just open the application, swipe until you find the card you want to use and approach your mobile device at the POS.
