The physical card for which I activated the wallet card has been lost / stolen / I haven’t received it / has been canceled due to fraud. What should I do?

You can report the loss or theft of your card(s) either by calling us at +30 210 326 0000 or via e-Banking (myAlpha Web or myAlpha Mobile). Your physical card will be replaced, and we will then update the myAlpha Wallet application so you can make payments again.
