I have forgotten/lost my Password. What should I do?

You can unlock your subscription online or issue a new password provided you remember your Username (either your 15digit Username or the alias you have created for your convenience). If you don’t remember your Username, you can visit the nearest Branch in order to be reminded off.

Alternatively, if you remember your access codes you can unlock your subscription by calling us at +30 210 326 0000, daily from 8:00 to 22:30, following a successful verification of your personal information, or you can visit the nearest Branch to have your subscription unlocked.
