Do I need an Internet connection to use myAlpha Web or myAlpha Mobile?

Yes, in order to use the myAlpha Mobile application or the myAlpha Web service, you need an Internet connection.
Otherwise, you can access your products using the myAlpha Phone service, by simply calling at +30 210 326 0000 (daily from 08:00 to 22:30).
