I get the message "You session has timed out. Please return to the Alpha Web Banking log-in page to re-login". What does this mean?

This message is displayed because there is a 30-minute limit for completing transactions ("Session Timeout"), after which the connection is automatically terminated by the system.

In this case, you should return to the log-in page to re-login.
