It seems that myAlpha Web is not functioning properly (e.g. I get disconnected automatically, I cannot view my account statements, the menu is not displayed correctly). What should I do?

As a first step, try to delete the temporary files from your computer.

You should do that each time you use e-Banking and especially when using computers which do not belong to you or which are also used by others. To do so, go to your browser's Settings.
