In order to be able to make a transfer using Alpha Bank's digital networks, you should have the following information:
- the ΙΒΑΝ of the beneficiary’s account, which is the international format of the beneficiary’s account number (e.g. GR2701401060106002320000001)
- Use Alpha Bank’s IBAN Calculator to convert Alpha Bank account numbers from their typical format (e.g. 106002101000001) to the international format.
- the name of the account’s beneficiary, as shown in the account details (for transfers to other banks in Greece/abroad)
the BIC CODE/ SWIFT of the beneficiary bank abroad – a code that uniquely identifies the Bank at which the beneficiary’s account is kept.
