The process of updating your details is easy and fast, and allows you to update at the same time, if you wish, your details in the Bank's systems.
You can carry out the process either through myAlpha Web or via the myAlpha Mobile app.
myAlpha Web
Step 1: Log in to your e-Banking subscription via myAlpha Web, using your e-Banking codes (Username & Password)
Step 2: Go to your Profile section and select the “Connect with eGov-KYC” button.
Step 3∶ Insert your access codes (Username & Password) of the General Secretariat of Information Systems of Public Administration of the Ministry of Digital Government (TAXISnet) on the window that will appear on your screen, to access the eGov-KYC service.
Step 4∶ Type the one-time password that you will receive on your mobile phone in the window that will appear on your screen. You will then be transferred on the eGov-KYC main page, where you will be able to find the categories, as well as, the associated data fields, that can be transferred to the Bank.
Step 5∶ Give your consent to the eGov-KYC service regarding the availability and transmission of your data to the Bank. You will then be transferred back to the e-Banking environment.
Step 6∶ Check the accuracy of your information and grant your consent.
myAlpha Mobile
Step 1: Log in to your e-Banking subscription via myAlpha Mobile, using your biometric data or the 4-digit PIN you have set or your e-Banking access codes (Username & Password).
Step 2: From the main menu, go to the "Documents Update" section, press the "Start here" button, and select the "Update via Gov.gr" option.
Step 3∶ Insert your access codes (Username & Password) of the General Secretariat of Information Systems of Public Administration of the Ministry of Digital Government (TAXISnet) on the window that will appear on your screen, to access the eGov-KYC service.
Step 4∶ Type the one-time password that you will receive on your mobile phone in the window that will appear on your screen. You will then be transferred on the eGov-KYC main page, where you will be able to find the categories, as well as, the associated data fields, that can be transferred to the Bank.
Step 5∶ Check the accuracy of your information and give your consent to the eGov-KYC service regarding the availability and transmission of your data to the Bank. You will be redirected back to the myAlpha Mobile app.
Step 6∶ Check your information and click "Update" or "Skip" depending on whether you wish to update it or not.
Step 7∶ Complete the process by using your biometric data or the 4-digit PIN you have set.
That's it! Your details have been updated in the Bank's systems.
