I have activated the e-statements service but I don’t receive e-mail notifications. Why?

First, check that e-statements are activated for the product you want, by choosing Services > Communication > Alpha e-statements. Then, choose Settings > Personal info and check that the e-mail address you have registered in your e-Banking profile, to which e-statements are sent, is correct.

If you still do not receive e-statements, call us at +30 210 326 0000.
