Is the procedure for renewing my documents completed entirely online?

Yes. You just need to successfully submit the document you wish to renew or the document which certifies the corresponding detail that you wish to change. Requests are processed centrally, with no need for you to visit a Branch. Within 2 days from the submission of your document, you will be notified by SMS/ e-mail (using your contact details) of the outcome of your request.
