Can I continue to receive paper copies of my account statements?

Once you sign up to e-Banking, the Alpha e-statements service is automatically activated for your products, in accordance with the applicable terms of use.

If you prefer to receive your account statements by post, you can re-activate this option at myAlpha Web, by choosing Settings > Communication > Alpha e-statements. Alternatively, call Customer Service at +30 210 326 0000.
