I have activated e-Statements but I don't receive email notifications. Why?

First, check that e-Statements are activated for the product you want in the Services > Alpha e-Statements menu. Then, check that the e-mail address in the Profile > Personal details menu is correct.

If you still don't receive e-Statements, call us at +30 210 326 0000 (daily from 08:00 to 22:30).
