How can I view information about the activity and balance of my products through the e-Banking services?

Sign in to the myAlpha Web and myAlpha Mobile services and view the balance of your products by selecting any of the following:

  • interactive graphs on the "Overview" screen (interactive graphs are available within myAlpha Web)
  • list of accounts on the "Overview" screen
  • the "Accounts" menu and the account you want to view (or the relevant menu for the other products)
  • separate view for each account, which shows the account's details, balance, activity and statements.

Using the myAlpha Phone service, you can obtain information over the phone about the details, activity and balances of your products and, in addition, carry out all transactions which are also available within myAlpha Web.
