Can I continue to receive paper copies of my account statements?

Once you register for e-Banking, the Alpha e-Statements service is automatically activated for your products in accordance with the applicable terms of use.

If you prefer to receive your account statements by post, you can re-activate this option through myAlpha Web, by clicking “Services". Alternatively, call Customer Service at +30 210 326 0000.
