What is the daily transfer limit and how can I change it?

The daily transfer limit applies to all transfers that require strong customer authentication, whether it is done via Push Notifications or QR Codes from the myAlpha Mobile application, or by sending you myAlpha Code via Viber or SMS to your mobile phone number, and refers to the maximum amount you have set. The maximum allowed limit is € 15,000, which you can manage from the Settings menu > Security settings > Change transfer limit.

To complete this transaction, strong customer authentication is required.
